Flowautobody

For over three years we've built and run the internal automations and tools behind a Brisbane smash-repair shop, connecting iBodyshop, Audanet, PartsCheck and several other 3rd party services into one workflow and optimizing the admin around them.

The Challenge

The shop ran estimating, parts and job management across iBodyshop, Audanet, PartsCheck and several other tools, with admin and technician work coordinated by hand. The systems didn't talk to each other, so the same job details were re-keyed between them and work only moved forward when someone remembered to pass it along.

Our Approach

Rather than rip out the tools the shop already knows, we built an internal ERP that connects them. iBodyshop, Audanet and PartsCheck now feed one workflow, and the manual admin around them, from task assignment to customer updates, runs automatically. The team works from a single place.

What We Built

A web app wired into the shop's existing tools, plus the automation that moves every job through it without manual chasing.

App integrated with their industry systems

We connected their existing platforms, iBodyshop, Audanet and PartsCheck, into one internal tool, so estimating, parts and job data flow between them instead of being entered by hand.

  • Automated task assignment across the admin and technician teams

Automated comms and an AI booking agent

We automated the shop's updates to clients and customers, and recently added an AI agent connected to a chatbot on their website that books incoming leads.

What We Run

A long-running partnership, not a one-off build.

20 hrs/wk

of admin work taken off the team every week

By connecting the shop's systems and automating the manual steps between them, from re-keying job data to chasing customer updates, we freed up around 20 hours of admin a week.

Managing Director, FlowAutoBody

"Have been working with Tahir and his team for a couple of years now and it's been great. Tahir takes the time to understand the business objectives, implements well thought out solutions and maintains great communication. Wouldn't hesitate recommending him to others."

Client Collaboration

We've worked alongside Flowautobody for more than three years, close enough to the day-to-day that the system reflects how the shop actually runs.

"Because we've been embedded with the shop for years, we build around how the estimators, admin team and technicians actually work, not how a developer imagines they do."

"We keep extending the system as the shop's needs change. The most recent addition was an AI agent that handles inbound leads from their website."
